Unorthodox leadership

I particularly enjoy Guy Kawasaki's 'Art of the State' talk on entrepreneurship, being as it is very funny but also containing some great reminders of true business values and what is of value to businesses.

It is also a great reminder that a positive nature and some good old-fashioned common sense can carry you a long way - if you do not have time to see it all, any ten minute clip is bound to be irreverent and very good value!

I would be interested in any thoughts it stimulates on leadership styles, motivations and values.
