Strategy Development

Durler views an understanding of an organisation’s strategy as essential in helping to find and motivate the right people. Strategic organisational development typically involves coaching at board level through to, for example, the training of sales teams. But it might also need something more radical: structural change within the organisation, the rationalisation of staff and a programme of cultural change to meet the demands of a changing marketplace and the management of the entire programme, to make sure it’s done as efficiently as possible.

We often work with organisations to define or shape strategy in tandem with developing specific people aspects of the organisation’s corporate culture; sometimes we provide strategy development facilitation within a complementary framework such as Corporate Social Responsibility.

We bring clarity to the language and goals, helping executives craft strategy with clear signposts that link the ethical aspects with the overall business plan. We specialise in facilitating cultural development within an organisation, building simultaneous understanding of the interactions between the strategic planning and tactics.
