Referrals

Like many niche businesses which are dedicated to providing a high quality service, new clients are more confident if they are referred to a company by someone who knows them well.

Our Business Referral Initiative is designed to recognise the benefits that we attach to your recommendations.

To qualify for this scheme, you must satisfy all of our conditions of participation, but essentially it works as follows:

• Our target area is senior management and board director roles in industry and commerce, nationally and internationally.
  
• You contact us in writing (see box below), informing us of a recruitment or outplacement assignment; the relevant contact name; his or her contact details.
  
• We will contact you in writing to confirm that we have received your referral and that we were not aware of the assignment.
  
• Once the assignment has been undertaken and the first payment is received from the client, a fee of £1,000.00 will be paid.

Please read the conditions of participation carefully to ensure that you qualify. If we benefit from increased business that you have referred to us to we will reward you with a meaningful financial 'thank you'. We hope that this scheme will help you to benefit from our business growth safe in the knowledge that you are confident about our previous relationship and maintain a business alliance.
