Our company has achieved an outstanding record of delivering executive placements in a four to six week period not three to twelve months. This is recognised as well outside the industry norm. We do not believe in time wasting, we believe in thorough research and briefing throughout the whole executive search process. There will be a swift and pre-defined process with the client. Durler Consulting will also advise candidates on contractual issues, benefits and other elements which will ease the acceptance process.

We will discuss your options at a face-to-face meeting and how you can maximise your opportunities, which is of course without charge. This allows us to get to know you so that if we are retained for an appropriate role, we can be in touch with you knowing that it is likely to be of interest. We are not, however, a database agency as such.
