
Although the
training and development of individuals is important to a company’s
success, it’s how those individuals work as a team that really
matters. At Durler Consulting we work with organisations to
optimise their structure and the capabilities of the people within
it, for maximum effectiveness.
This organisational development will probably involve coaching at
board level and, for example, the training of sales teams. But it
might also need something more radical: structural change within
the organisation, the rationalisation of staff and a programme of
cultural change to meet the demands of a changing marketplace and
the management of the entire programme, to make sure it’s done as
efficiently as possible. By approaching these fundamentals from the
outside, we are able to separate ourselves from the personalities
and the politics and focus on the primary objective: the success of
the business – long term.
